Chelsea Miller is the owner and trainer at Garland Farm. She is a graduate of William Woods University with a Bachelors of Science in Equine Science. Chelsea has ridden and trained with several top professionals in the Morgan and Saddlebred industry, but for the past decade, she has focused on gentling and starting wild mustangs. During that time, she has worked on honing her skills and understanding of horse behavior, learning theory, and ethical training techniques that focus on creating connection, relationship, and strong foundations.
She has volunteered with the New Hampshire SPCA fostering and training horses to optimize their potential for placement in forever homes. In addition, she successfully competed in the 2015, 2016 and '17 Extreme Mustang Makeover, and was an approved trainer for the Mustang Heritage Foundation 'TIP program".
With the many years of riding instruction, and the broad spectrum of training and riding methods she posesses, Chelsea offers her clients the expertise to reach their full potential as riders and and connect with their equine partner on a deeper level.
